Graves is Here

September 2026

Hey everyone, Guigz here. Patch 1.18 brings a brand new hero with a mechanic we’re really excited about, some meaningful balance changes, and a big round of fixes across the board.

We know bug fixing takes time, and we want you to know we’re still actively working through everything you’ve reported. Balancing new content with a steady rhythm of fixes is something we take seriously, and this patch reflects that. Here’s what’s new.

New Hero — Graves

Graves

Graves
An undead gardener with a very unconventional weapon. Instead of firing directly at your opponent, Graves lobs tombstones that bounce across the castle until they hit the ground and settle. Once planted, each grave fires ghosts at the enemy castle at the end of your turn, targeting exposed units first. Graves stay on the field until destroyed by a projectile or a castle rolling over them.

A new way to attack
Plant the graves, let them work. The more graves you plant, the more ghosts hit the enemy castle each turn. It’s a completely different approach to building pressure over time.

Graves stay on the field
Each grave persists until destroyed by a projectile or a castle rolling over it.

Ghosts target exposed units
Ghosts fired from graves prioritize exposed enemy units, then hit the castle.

Foundations

Foundations have been reworked and are now a much more meaningful part of your castle. Previously, destroying a wall next to a foundation could cause unintended chain collapses, making the castle feel fragile in ways that were hard to predict. With this update, foundations actively reinforce your structure, making your castle stronger, more resilient and less likely to collapse unexpectedly. Placement matters a lot more now, and the game will reward you for thinking about it.

A stronger castle
Foundations now actively reinforce your structure, reducing unexpected collapses.

🎯
More strategic placement
Where you put your foundations matters more than ever. The rewards for smart placement are now much clearer.

Hero Balance & Anti-Cheat

Wolfie
Explosion power scaling has been fixed, and the damage boost from transformation has been significantly increased. Wolfie hits noticeably harder when he transforms — you’ll feel the difference.

Leif & Sir Rally
Explosion power fixes applied to both heroes for more consistent performance in battle.

Anti-Cheat
We’ve made further improvements to our anti-cheat system. Leaderboard integrity is a priority for us, and you should no longer come across players with an unusually high trophy count for their playtime. We’re continuing to monitor and act on any suspicious activity.

Bug Fixes

  • ✓Fixed several PvP sync issues and improved the underlying tech
